My approach to training is grounded in science and thoughtful scheduling, but I also believe running should be fun. That’s why I design varied workouts to keep you engaged and motivated. I’m creative and flexible with planning, ensuring your training adapts to life’s ever-changing demands.
As a lifelong runner and learner, I continuously study the latest insights from experts on running, health, and nutrition. At the same time, I learn just as much from my own running journey and the diverse experiences of the athletes I coach.
My coaching style is a blend of all these influences—experience, science, creativity, and ongoing learning.
My love of running started back in elementary school and continues to fuel me today. I live in Jackson, Mississippi, with my wife, Lori, and our three boys: Riley, Ethan, and Aiden.
